2025年10月5日至11日，一支由十二位 USANA Foundation 志愿者组成的团队从美墨边境出发，踏上了为期一周的墨西哥巴哈公益之旅。这不仅是一场跨越国界的爱心行动，更是 USANA Foundation “以营养与希望改变世界”使命（Mission）与愿景（Vision）的真实践行。
From October 5 to 11, 2025, a team of twelve USANA Foundation volunteers gathered at the U.S.–Mexico border and embarked on a one-week humanitarian service trip to Baja Mexico. This journey was not only an act of love that transcended borders but also a living expression of the USANA Foundation’s Mission and Vision—to change the world through nutrition and hope.
Del 5 al 11 de octubre de 2025, un equipo de doce voluntarios de la Fundación USANA se reunió en la frontera entre Estados Unidos y México para emprender un viaje de servicio humanitario de una semana en Baja México. Este viaje no solo fue un acto de amor que trascendió fronteras, sino también una manifestación viva de la misión y visión de la Fundación USANA: cambiar el mundo a través de la nutrición y la esperanza.

自2015年以来，USANA Foundation 在墨西哥地区持续推进社区帮扶项目，至今已整整十年。十年来，这项公益计划见证了无数社区从贫困到自立、从依赖到自强的蜕变。基金会始终秉持“可持续营养、持久影响”的理念，通过建立社区花园塔（Garden Towers）和营养教育计划，帮助当地居民获得稳定的食物来源，改善生活质量。
Since 2015, the USANA Foundation has continuously carried out community support programs in Mexico for a full decade. Over the years, the initiative has witnessed countless communities transform—from poverty to self-sufficiency, from dependence to empowerment. Guided by the belief in “Sustainable Nutrition, Lasting Impact,” the Foundation has built Garden Towers and developed nutrition education programs to help residents secure stable food sources and improve their quality of life.
Desde 2015, la Fundación USANA ha desarrollado programas de apoyo comunitario en México durante diez años consecutivos. A lo largo de esta década, la iniciativa ha visto cómo innumerables comunidades se transformaron: de la pobreza a la autosuficiencia, de la dependencia al empoderamiento. Guiada por el principio de “Nutrición Sostenible, Impacto Duradero”, la Fundación ha construido Torres de Jardín y programas de educación nutricional para mejorar la calidad de vida.

Serving with Our Hands, Planting Seeds for the Future

在墨西哥巴哈的偏远社区，志愿者团队与当地居民并肩工作，为被选中的贫困家庭安装并种植花园塔。每一座花园塔可种植多达120株蔬菜与草本植物，为家庭提供可持续的营养来源。这项看似简单的行动，却意味着这些家庭将不再为日常食物短缺而忧虑，也让社区的孩子们获得更多健康成长的机会。
In rural communities of Baja Mexico, volunteers worked hand in hand with local residents to install and plant Garden Towers for selected low-income families. Each tower can grow up to 120 vegetables and herbs, providing a sustainable source of nutrition. This seemingly simple action means families will no longer face daily food insecurity and that children can enjoy better opportunities for healthy growth.
En las comunidades rurales de Baja México, los voluntarios trabajaron junto a los residentes locales para instalar y plantar Torres de Jardín en hogares de bajos recursos. Cada torre puede cultivar hasta 120 vegetales y hierbas, proporcionando una fuente sostenible de nutrición. Este acto sencillo significa que las familias ya no sufrirán inseguridad alimentaria y que los niños tendrán mayores oportunidades de crecer sanos.
志愿者们还向当地小学和家庭捐赠了学习用品与生活物资，走进课堂，与孩子们互动、讲故事、做游戏，鼓励他们怀抱梦想、勇敢前行。团队还参与了当地教会的志愿服务，聆听历史、了解民情、维护设施，并与居民一同祈祷与分享，传递信任与温暖。
Volunteers also brought school supplies and daily necessities to donate to local schools and families. They entered classrooms to interact with children through stories and games, encouraging them to dream and move forward with courage. The team also joined local church activities—listening to community stories, helping maintain facilities, and sharing prayers and hope with residents.
Los voluntarios también llevaron útiles escolares y artículos esenciales para donar a las escuelas y familias locales. Entraron en las aulas para interactuar con los niños, contar historias y jugar, inspirándolos a soñar y avanzar con valentía. El equipo también participó en actividades de iglesias locales, escuchando historias, ayudando con el mantenimiento y compartiendo oraciones y esperanza con los residentes.

虽然这次公益行程只有短短七天，但 USANA Foundation 的脚步不会停歇。团队在回国后将持续跟进花园塔维护情况，并计划在明年进一步扩大在墨西哥及拉丁美洲地区的影响，帮助更多社区实现可持续发展。
Though this trip lasted only seven days, the USANA Foundation’s mission will not stop. After returning home, the team will continue monitoring the Garden Tower projects and plans to further expand its impact across Mexico and Latin America to help more communities achieve sustainable growth.
Aunque este viaje duró solo siete días, la misión de la Fundación USANA no se detendrá. Tras regresar a casa, el equipo continuará supervisando los proyectos de Torres de Jardín y planea ampliar su impacto en México y América Latina para ayudar a más comunidades a lograr un desarrollo sostenible.
十年的坚守，是信念的力量；十二人的同行，是爱的延续。
Ten years of perseverance represent the power of belief; twelve volunteers walking together represent the continuation of love.
